I had just left a comment on your earlier entry when I noticed this one. You have kept your old colour photos well. Mine seem to have faded away. It is fun to watch our old albums and imagine ourselves young men with full of energy.....

I must try this. I have photos from times which precede me...

Dear Pak Cik,
Honestly, I thought my slides were worst. They turned mouldy. Digital printings brought the shine back
The idea is to let them see them selves at play 30 yrs ago. They are at liberty to pick and choose those they fancy into their Facebook or create their own folders. They didn't know these snapshots exist at all.

Ninot Ma'am,
Yes, why not! It may bring laughter at the fashion of that era and things like that.

You have a wonderful collection. The pictures are precious, many must be grateful that you have them.

Old family photos make one nostalgic indeed. Lucky nephews and nieces to have been shown visuals of their family history.

Hi Kay ~~ Welcome to Succintly Yours.
That's a very thoughtful post. Those kids work hard for so very little don't they?
..
I came over here to leave a comment. Your other blog doesn't let me in because I have to use the URL and Name part.
Blogger doesn't think I'm signed in and your don't allow my kind of sign-i-up or annonymous.
I had the say problem like that before but I found this one that will let me comment. The pop-up comment form lets me comment also as does this type.

I hope you find my comment.

Akhi Hank, I've changed my desktop and all the bookmarks i've made for my favorite bloggers have gone. So, I've to google to find you again.

Well, I found you and have a wonderful time going through the postings that I missed. Wow so many wonderful pictures which tell a most happy and adventurous story. I must congratulate you on your assiduity in letting the camera and front cover stamps record all the exciting moments of the past. Thus you manage to compress history into a few pictures.

I've not done that and many important images of the past had slipped away. I shall now try to recollect them , emulating your example. Thanks for the lesson and your regular visits to my site.

Your comment box for Rainbow refused this entry:

You can do this in a poetic way. That is greaty, Hank

I think I can send it via this.

Jim said...

Hi Hank ~~ Nope, still can't leave comment. It has to be a form like this or the pop up. Or allow anonymous comments because URL comes with that on your type.

My comment for this week:

"Hi Hank ~~ This is a nice set of verses. 'Be ready' is one of the coaches favorite sayings.

Two of my kids ran marathons, one still does. I did not but did run two to six miles for fun. But also I wore my knee out and am now recuperating from a total left knee implant.

Holy moley! So many kids! I come from an incredibly small family so thinking about dealing with this many little ones (and therefore people later on) is just mind-boggling.

This way my pal Wesley Virgin's biography starts in this shocking and controversial VIDEO.

As a matter of fact, Wesley was in the army-and soon after leaving-he found hidden, "SELF MIND CONTROL" tactics that the government and others used to get anything they want.

As it turns out, these are the same secrets lots of famous people (especially those who "became famous out of nowhere") and elite business people used to become rich and famous.

You probably know that you utilize only 10% of your brain.

Really, that's because most of your brain's power is UNCONSCIOUS.

Perhaps this thought has even occurred INSIDE OF YOUR very own head... as it did in my good friend Wesley Virgin's head 7 years ago, while driving an unregistered, beat-up trash bucket of a car without a driver's license and with $3 in his bank account.

"I'm absolutely frustrated with going through life check to check! Why can't I turn myself successful?"

You've been a part of those those questions, right?

Your success story is waiting to happen. You just have to take a leap of faith in YOURSELF.

UNLOCK YOUR SECRET BRAINPOWER
